All repair requests must be submitted using the ONEprop Tenant Portal. If you have issues logging into the site, please contact your property manager.

Your lease requires all repair requests be submitted in writing.  In order to make this easy for you and to provide a tracking of your request we have created this online form for you.

 

If you are having a fire or water emergency - Please contact your local emergency organization (call 911) then notify us at (866) 836-7260. This number is for emergency notification only; please do not call this number for non-emergency issues
