Non-U.S. Citizen Property Owners

All clients who are not citizens of the United States must have a copy of IRS Form W-8ECI on file at ONEprop. Please click on the link below to the IRS website to download this form. This form requires you to have a Social Security Number (SSN) or an IRS individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN). If you do not have an SSN or ITIN you must request an ITIN from the IRS using Form W-7. You can fax the completed Form W-8ECI to our offices at (972) 407-9998. (Form W-7 must go directly to the IRS)
